Credit/Debit Card Details
Serene Pahan will never request that credit/debit card details be sent via email, text message, or other unsecured means. Under no circumstances should you send your credit/debit card details via email.
Payments are securely processed only through our online checkout system or verbally via telephone if you place an order by phone. Serene Pahan is not responsible for the security of card details provided by other methods.

Delivery Process:
- Orders are dispatched within two working days and typically arrive:
- UK: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Europe: 7–10 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of World: 10–14 working days after dispatch.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery and alternative instructions have been provided, Serene Pahan and its couriers are not responsible for the parcel’s safety.
- For deliveries outside the UK, customs fees or delays may apply. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges.

Delivery Issues
If your goods are damaged, incorrect, or missing, notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@serencepahan.co.uk
Returns & Cancellations

Returns:
