Returns
If you do not receive the goods you ordered within 30 days from the order date, please notify us via:

If the goods delivered are incorrect, damaged, defective, or in the wrong quantity, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery via:

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time prior to it being processed. Orders are typically processed on the same day they are placed.

Post-Processing Cancellations
If your order has already been processed for delivery, you may still cancel it by contacting us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The items must be returned undamaged to:

Important Notes:
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items, which will not be refunded.
- A full refund for the original order value will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition.
- Alternatively, we can arrange collection from the original delivery address at your expense.
For all returns, please obtain proof of postage from your courier, which must be provided to us if requested.
Exceptions
Cancellations or returns are not accepted for:
- Personalised items.
- Newspapers or magazines.
- Audio, video recordings, or computer software if the sealed package has been opened.
Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- Insufficient Stock: We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock limitations.
- Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to your area.
- Pricing Errors: There was a typographical or pricing error.
If your order is canceled by us, we will notify you via email and refund any payments made within 28 days. We do not offer additional compensation for order cancellations.
